Brais CEO blames Binance
On Tuesday (10), Antonio Neto Ais, owner of Braiscompany, recorded a video on his social networks talking about the case. For the first time, Ais admitted that the company faces successive delays in payments to customers. According to the CEO, the delays occurred because of Binance, the exchange that Braiscompany uses to make payments. According to the businessman, the brokerage has put brakes on withdrawals and liquidations of the company. Furthermore, Ais also mentioned update issues because of the launch of the company’s supposed app. In fact, the company used the same justification a few days ago, when comedian Lucas Veloso used his social networks to criticize the company. “Since November, the company has been experiencing some technical problems and has been trying to solve them day after day with the creation of applications and other technological solutions”, said Ais in the live. Finally, the CEO of Braiscompany stated that the lawyers are filing a request for an injunction to unblock the account by the company that provides services in this matter. Sought by CriptoFácil, Binance stated that it does not carry out operations on customer accounts without the proper authorization of the users. Binance reiterates that it does not perform any actions on accounts that are not properly based on the terms and conditions, contracts and policies in force and accepted by all users. In addition, Binance works in full collaboration with the authorities to prevent malicious people from using the platform.
