Tiffany Launches ‘NFTiff’ for 30 ETH for CryptoPunks Owners
Tiffany & Co. is ready to launch itself into the world of NFTs with the release of ‘NFTiff’. The NFTs are on sale for 30 ETH ($50,000) each starting August 5th. The limited collection NFTiff by Tiffany & Co. consists of 250 digital passes designed exclusively for CryptoPunks holders. Thus, a custom-designed pendant is created along with an NFT digital artwork that resembles the design of the jewelry. The pendant will measure 30mm x 20-30mm. Jewelry designers will depict each CryptoPunk on custom-designed pendants, interpreting 87 attributes and 159 colors used in 10,000 CryptoPunk NFTs with the most similar gemstone or enamel color possible. Each pink or yellow gold pendant will be studded with at least 30 gemstones and/or diamonds to create the custom designs that depend on which CryptoPunk owner purchases the NFT. Gemstones include amethyst, sapphire, spinel and others.
We’re taking NFTs to the next level. Exclusive to CryptoPunks holders, NFTiff transforms your NFT into a bespoke pendant handcrafted by Tiffany & Co. artisans. You’ll also receive an additional NFT version of the pendant. Learn more: https://t.co/FJwCAxw8TN #NFTiff #TiffanyAndCo pic.twitter.com/pyKlWejHv4

Federico Clapis claims to be Pak, creator of the most expensive NFT of all time
Federico Clapis is reportedly one of the names behind Pak, whose controversial personality is speculated as either an individual or a team. In a tweet, the Italian artist claimed to be the real person behind one of the most influential NFT artists of all time. “I’m Pak”, was the tweet made on the 30th of July. Many even believe it to be true, as both Pak and Clapis have very similar actions when it comes to showing off their creations. However, this isn’t the first time someone has claimed to be Pak. In March, Paris Hilton, also very influential in the NFT space, also surprised the community and declared herself Pak in a tweet, which was also reposted by the artist at the time. Between February 2020 and April 2022, over 180,300 Pak NFTs were sold in the primary and secondary markets, raising nearly $400 million. Pak’s NFTs have been sold on platforms such as Sotheby’s, Nifty Gateway, MakersPlace, SuperRare, and Async Art. Pak is still recognized for introducing Beeple to the NFTs in October 2020.
