This is My Citizen Folder, a personal space available online in which citizens have full access to their official documentation, while allowing them to contact the Public Administrations.

The result of a pilot program that has renewed the existing platform throughout the last quarter of 2022, My Citizen Folder It is accessible to those who can identify themselves through one of the following digital identity verification systems:

-Electronic ID
-Any recognized electronic certificate
-Other concerted code systems such as PIN code and Permanent code
Once in possession of any of these identification credentials, you can access My Citizen Folder through the website, but it is especially useful to do so from the free apps available for iOS and Android, since in this way it is easier to carry always any of the incorporated documentation, which corresponds to the following sections:

-Education and formation: Educational record, university and non-university degrees, records and certificates of trainers and students…
-Citizenship and residence: Identity documents (ID, passport), census, communication of change of address…
-Work and retirement: Work life, employment situation, benefits and retirement data…
-Health and social affairs: Digital clinical history of the National Health System, data from Social Affairs, medical reports and certificates, dependency data and aid received, recognition of disabilities…
-Personal and family situation: Large family title (if any), proof of absence of a criminal record or absence of crimes of a sexual nature, situation in the General Register of Gambling Access Bans of the General Directorate for the Regulation of Gambling.
-Vehicles and transportation: Driving license (for which there is already a specific DGT app), traffic points, data on owned vehicles…
-Living place: Summary of real estate and rural property of which you are the owner, you can also download the cadastral certifications corresponding to said properties.
-Transparency: It allows knowing the data exchanged between the different Administrations through the intermediation platform with the consent of the owner, allowing the supporting documents to be downloaded.
Finally My Citizen Folder also allows know the notifications pending to read from any public Administration through the Unique Enabled Electronic Address as well as knowing the files that the user has registered with any public body.
With regard to privacy, having identity verification through the aforementioned means guarantees it. In addition, queries about the data contained in My Digital Folder are redirected and attended to by the Administration bodies responsible for said data, so My Citizen Folder acts as a mere intermediary.
